  Never again. Had my rental property carpeted recently and was promised by the salesman I would have their best installer. What arrived on my doorstep was a man claiming to be the carpet installer, and if not for the rolls of carpet on his ute, I would have thought he had just crawled out of the gutter. He looked nothing like a tradesperson that took pride in his trade. Speaking to him was pointless as I don't understand "grunting" as a language. When I asked the salesman about his installers appearance and communication skills he had to check who did the installation first then said contractors do what they like. I asked if he is the best man as I was promised and I was told the installers were changed without his knowledge. Buck passing is not a good quality.

  Morbid. Are smiles outlawed at this place? Yesterday I went with the wife to 3 stores and this one had the best showroom but the least informed or engaging people. I feel safer spending my money elsewhere.
